Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy below before making a purchase. You have 10 days to make your claim.

Digital Items

  • All sales of digital items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for digital products.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Apparel Items

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for apparel items.
  • Please ensure you have selected the correct size and color before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges for Physical Items

  • Items (excluding digital and apparel products) may be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customers must contact us first to request a return or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please provide a photo of the issue when requesting a refund.
  • a 20% restocking fee will apply

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or broken item, it must be returned to us in its original packaging before a refund can be processed.

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
