Shipping Policy

Effective Sept 26, 2025

Canada Post strike has effected our shipping, we will not be able to send any stickers in the mail as these come via Canada Post. All other items are shipped using a courier. The only exception to this is if you live in a remote rural area that is only serviced by Canada Post, orders will not be able to be delivered to these addresses. You can however choose to have items shipped to an alternative address for the duration of the strike. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your loyalty.

Thank you for shopping with Glory 2 Glory Boutique! Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Small Items: Any small items that fit in an envelope will be shipped via regular mail with no tracking. If you require an item quickly or with tracking, you must select and pay for express shipping at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
    • Domestic: 3-10 business days
    • International: 5-12 business days (varies by location)
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, weight, and destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Regular mail shipments without tracking cannot be traced.

5. Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled if it has already been processed for shipping.
  • If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately, and we will try to accommodate your request.
